General Fund
We deeply value the investment families make in a Providence Academy education and recognize the sacrifices many make to provide this opportunity for their children. Our priority is to ensure that Providence remains accessible to families while continuing to uphold the high standards we strive for.
Because of this commitment, the tuition we charge does not fully cover the actual cost of a Providence Academy education. To bridge this gap, we rely on contributions to our general fund, generously supported by donors. The general fund supports operational needs such as salaries and wages, facilities, curriculum, athletics, performing arts, administrative support, and technology.
Our Spring Festival Auction and Talent Show is an annual fundraiser to support the general fund. Contact the Development Office to receive an invitation or for ways to donate.
Scholarship Fund
We work hard to keep tuition rates competitive with other private Christian schools in the Green Bay area, but we also know that our families sacrifice financially in order to send their children to Providence. In an effort to mitigate finances as a barrier to a Providence education, we are committed to providing need-based scholarships to as many qualifying families as possible. A qualifying family may receive up to 50% off tuition with a typical student scholarship being $3,000.
A scholarship fundraising dinner is held annually in order to help support this fund. Our next dinner will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 and we would love for you to join us. To receive an invitation to this event or for questions, please contact the Development Office.
Endowment Fund
The Providence Academy Legacy Endowment is essential in building a secure foundation and supporting our commitment to academic excellence and spiritual growth. An endowment is a permanent fund that supports the school’s mission year after year. The principal is invested, and a portion of the earnings is used annually, ensuring your gift continues to provide support indefinitely. By contributing to the endowment, you help guarantee the long-term strength and vitality of Providence.
Capital Campaign
As we continue to grow sustainably, according to our principles, and by our statement of faith, we are discovering that many families in the greater Green Bay area share our goals and vision. As a result, we are trusting in God’s timing and provision and moving forward with “Phase II” of our building project.
Our multi-phase capital campaign started in Spring 2020 with “Phase I” culminating in a new 51,000 square foot campus located on 39 acres. The “Phase II” campaign will stretch over many years, so even if you don’t have a large discretionary income, every little bit stretched over a long period of time goes a long way.
To pledge your support for the capital campaign, please complete a Letter of Intent and return it to the school office, or start donating today.
Ways to Give
Through our partnership with the National Christian Foundation, giving online is easy. Complete the online form, choosing a one-time gift or schedule a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual contribution. Donations may be made via check/e-check or credit card and are tax deductible.
If you prefer to make an in-person donation, checks or cash are accepted at the school office. Please be sure to note which of the above funds you would like your donation to go to.
Donating a publicly traded security, like a stock or bond, can make a bigger impact than selling the stock and donating the proceeds. If you have held the stock for at least a year, you can gift the stock to Providence and avoid capital gains tax while also getting a charitable deduction for the market value of the stock.
Make a major charitable gift annuity or plan a gift as part of your estate and tax planning, maximizing your gift and minimizing the impact to your estate.
Donors can choose to designate Providence Academy or the Legacy Endowment as a beneficiary of a will or trust, an annuity or life insurance policy, or as the recipient of a retirement account such as a 401(k).
Many employers will match charitable gifts, allowing your donation to secure an even greater impact. Information on matching gifts is typically available in a company’s personnel or Human Resources office. To make a matching gift:
- Make a donation to Providence.
- Submit a matching gift request to your employer.
- Wait for employer approval of matching donation.
- Employer send matching gift to Providence.
Testimonials
A Heartfelt Thank You

“Providence Academy was founded almost 30 years ago by a group of families who wished to provide their children with a world class education from a Christian worldview. After all, our children are our greatest legacy. My wife and I want to support our local Christian community and what better way than to make available a superior education which seeks to honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the author of all knowledge. “
Dr. Mike Staudinger

“I have made the choice to invest in the future of Providence Academy because Classical learning while understanding grammar, logic and rhetoric meets my vision of flooding Northeast Wisconsin with exceptionally well educated, high character students who will enrich our community with people who will make significant contributions in research, medicine, business and education. These young, Providence educated students learn and when they graduate their SAT scores rank at the top of any school in our community.”
Bruce Bell, Founder of Belmark

“During my 10-year involvement on the school board, we worked through several growing pains that made me appreciate the commitment, dedication, and sacrifice of core families including the founding families whose sacrificial giving of their time and resources kept the school moving forward through some very difficult times. It is the foundational values of our Christ-centered, Classical education that fosters this type of steadfast resolve and drives our vision to honor God and be the best educational opportunity in Wisconsin.”
