…here’s where your journey begins, and we’re excited for you!
How to Apply
Request a campus tour to get a personal feel for what sets Providence Academy apart. If you’re moving to the area, unable to tour in person, or you’ve already taken a tour of our website and are as thrilled by our vision for Christ-centered education as we are, keep moving full speed ahead!
Providence Academy offers a distinctly Christian education, so we partner with committed Christian families who can align with the same vision and commitment to faith. All enrolled families must be part of a local church family, agree with our statement of faith, and at least one parent must be a professing believer in Christ.
Once you’ve prayed about this exciting opportunity for your family, it’s time to fill out our online Admissions Application form and submit it with a $30 non-refundable application fee.
By applying online through our school FACTS system, you can easily track your application status and streamline access to your family account upon enrollment completion. Contact the office right away with any application questions.
Your pastor will need to complete a brief recommendation form on your behalf to complete the application process. Upon receipt of your application, fee and pastor recommendation, interviews will be set up with our:
- Headmaster: Answer your questions about the school and clarify the school’s expectations.
- School Board: Introduce themselves and answer any additional questions about the school.
Providence Academy will then prayerfully determine whether or not to admit your student(s).
Our admissions process is rigorous because our standard of excellence is high. If you’re ready to start your journey, we’re ready to partner with you. The sooner you start, the sooner we can welcome you into the Providence Academy family. Congratulations on making this important decision with the potential to shape your family’s legacy for generations to come.
Many Families Wish
They Would’ve Applied Sooner
“The most important thing was the Christ-centered approach to education, but we quickly grew to appreciate and value the academic excellence and development opportunity that the students receive through the Classical teaching method that is utilized at PA. The Upper & Lower School stages maximize the learning potential at every age. This, along with the smaller student-teacher ratio gave us confidence that we had chosen the very best educational option for our children.”
Pat Ferraro, Former Board Chair, Donor & Parent
“Education is the shaping of a child’s heart. It is a joy to send our children to a school that strives to teach them to love what is true, good & beautiful. Providence’s type of education is invaluable!”
Allison Tuttle, Parent

Frequently Asked Admissions Questions
At Providence Academy we work hard to make our school affordable to any family. Through a school endowment, strong donor support, fundraising, and grants, we offer our families tuition discounts, generous financial aid, and need-based scholarships so that the average family receives 25% off the true cost of education in Kindergarten through 12th grade, with many families receiving even more significant financial aid..
For families committed to the education, we’re invested in you to make sure financial considerations are not a barrier. Schedule a tour or apply online so we can discuss your family’s specific situation and figure out the best partnership for all involved, including flexible payment plans.
The financial aid application will gather specific financial details for your family to make sure you are awarded all the aid you qualify for.
The Green Bay area’s best school is also the area’s best value.
One additional way we help families defray costs is through regular fundraisers. Each family has an annual fundraising requirement. Families can also choose to opt out and have the amount added to tuition instead, but fundraising helps many families save more than they expected, and in most cases fundraising purchases are items/services families already buy anyway so it’s not really too hard to fulfill. Opportunities include Scrip programs, wreath sales, box tops, and more.
Jr. Kindergarten applicants must be 4 years old by August 31 of the current school year.
