We Are Growing

Our 4K-12th grade school is growing! Our beautiful 51,000-square-foot building located on 39 acres was completed in December 2021 and continues to catch the attention of many families in the Green Bay area. This, along with an increased desire for Christ-centered education has led to an influx of students into our classrooms.

Providence Academy is blessed to have an amazing, dedicated, team of Godly men and women who serve our students and families and we would love for you to consider joining us.

General Considerations for Employment

  • A Wisconsin teaching certificate is not required for teaching at Providence.
  • All teachers must have received at least a Bachelor’s degree, and should have postsecondary training in the area(s) to which they are assigned at Providence.
  • Providence encourages teachers to pursue ongoing college or graduate level study in their area of teaching responsibility.
  • A candidate must undergo a criminal background check prior to working at the school. This includes all paid and unpaid candidates.
  • Providence requires that all faculty, staff, and volunteers attest to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, affirm our statement of faith, and have regular attendance at a church that affirms our statement of faith. Otherwise, there is no discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or physical disabilities, provided the person is able to fulfill all requirements of the position.
